A leading healthcare facility in the Buffalo, NY area is seeking qualified Anesthesiologists to join its growing team. Competitive pay of $380.00 an hour and reimbursement for travel/lodging.

Surgical Services:
- A wide range of surgical procedures including cardiac services, general surgery (including robotics), bariatrics, orthopedics, urology, vascular services, gastroenterology, and neurology.
- State-of-the-art operating rooms and ICUs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of anesthesia services, including personally providing care, supervising residents/fellows, and medically directing CRNAs.
- Participate in a mix of clinical and academic duties.
- Engage in training and educating residents.
- Opportunity for overtime.

Job Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and manage their comfort and safety throughout the perioperative period.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
- Respond to emergency situations by providing airway management, administering fluids or medications, and using advanced life support techniques.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in anesthesia care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
- Active DEA license and New York State medical license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Working Hours: Full Time - Flexible.
