As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in hiring, training, and developing store associates.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Support inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
• Help drive sales and achieve store goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
