100% Remote Office Manager/HR/Admin/Client Interface
 
Are you a high energy Office Manager, Admin, and HR take-charge type person looking for a 100% remote role?
Albin Engineering Services, Inc. (www.aesi.com), based in Santa Clara (Silicon Valley), California; we are looking for someone to join our Team that can run and manage our HR and Administrative functions; there is Client interfacing too.  There are some finance, QB, and accounting tasks too if you have an interest and/or experience, would be a bonus. 
 
Required Skill Sets and Areas of Expertise:
- 8 to 15 years of experience successfully managing functions in a small Service company; small company experience is a must
- Understanding and experience with HR, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits, 401k, and small company administrative aspects of running a service company is a must
- Be an integral part and work closely with the management team, clients, vendors, and employees
- BS or BA four year completed degree, required
- Track record of taking the Lead on creating-revamping new/efficient processes that fit your work habits/schedule; you will have full autonomy once you get up to speed
- Have excellent business to business skills, be solutions-minded, and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, along with good time-management skills
- Proven successful track record in executing and delivering results in an efficient and effective manner in a small Service company
- Strong, confident, able to adapt to new items, functions, new client requests-processes
- Strong skills with MS-Word and MS-Excel; with QuickBooks would be bonus
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and being very detailed-oriented (to-do lists, tracking, completion, and numbers) and accurate is a MUST
- Interfacing with others (including our Clients) will be key-we are in the "people" Service business

Hourly rate range (will be based on your experience and expertise): $30 to $35 on W2 per hour.
