100% Remote- Regulatory Clearing SME- SEC Clearing Experience Required - TEKsystems

Actively seeking a Regulatory Clearing SME with experience in SEC Clearing.

This role will focus on:

• Assisting in preparation for the SEC-approved central clearing for U.S. Treasury and Repo markets.
• Will be partnering with Director of Regulatory & Business Initiatives and PMO team, to drive conversations and suggest future state for the project, gain trust of stakeholders, and fill in knowledge gaps around SEC/Treasury Clearing.
• Will need to have regulatory clearing experience and subject-matter expertise around Treasury and Repo clearing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have experience within the banking and financial industry
• Must have operational experience in Regulatory Clearing Processes including: regulatory compliance, regulatory clearing, SEC clearing, processing securities
• US Treasury and Repo Clearing is a plus.
• Experience with Bilateral Repo (repurchase agreement) or Tri-Party Repo (repurchase agreement).
• Experience and understanding dealing with clearing obligations under various regulations.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and translate for other lines of business.
• Experience and understanding of U.S. Treasury Clearing approval by SEC
• Knowledge of Traceability Matrix
