CoSolutions, Inc is seeking a highly qualified subject matter expert (SME) Instructor to support the Government in the execution of Intelligence Training.
Responsibilities include:
- Teach and facilitate intelligence training in analytic methodology and tradecraft, intelligence information support systems, and functional area studies, via a variety of synchronous and asynchronous eLearning and distance learning techniques.
- Provide full-spectrum support to intelligence training efforts in classrooms and distance learning environments.
- Develop curriculum and exercises, maintain course, participates in mobile training team classroom events, and leads exercises and performance support events.
- Review, research, and update instructional materials to ensure courses remain relevant, current, and of high standard, and shall coordinate with RJITF curriculum managers to ensure material is properly formatted in the appropriate medium and delivery modality to meet customer needs.
- As the subject matter expert respond to relevant enquires verbally, via email or correspondence, or by developing and presenting papers or briefings, as directed.
- Participate in internal and external curriculum reviews, boards, and panels.
- Responsible for classroom management and accountability of students, ensure classroom cleanliness, maintain order, enforce security policies and regulations, and ensure the safe handling, storage, accountability, and when necessary, destruction of classified material. Coordinate with the RJITF Registrar to properly enter and catalogue complete class attendance and scheduling data.
- Complete all pre-travel requirements and submit all required reports per the RJITF standard operating practice or as directed.
- Provide the basis for planning and designing courses. The courses shall be developed in accordance with best educational practices and documented with standardized plans of instruction that include individual lesson plans.
- Developed courses shall be validated by practice sessions reviewed by test users and the RJITF Director, Contract Officer’s Representative (COR), or Training Program Manager prior to integration into the standing RJITF curriculum.
- Maintain an electronic database containing the syllabus and class presentation material for each catalog class.
- Rapid reaction may be necessary when responding to short-notice requests.
- Use highly developed interpersonal and communicative skills to a culturally diverse audience including U.S. military and civilian personnel assigned to USEUCOM, as well as selected allied and/or partner nation foreign military intelligence personnel.
- Develop others by sharing expertise, delivering training/teaching, coaching and mentoring. Training shall be delivered using adult learning principles by lecture, in small groups, seminars, workshops, practical exercise, computer-based training, distance learning, or combinations thereof.
- Design, develop and recommend systems, processes, procedures, and training for consistent high-quality customer service.

- Intelligence Methodologies
- Contemporary Operational Environment
- Counter terrorism
- Critical Thinking
- Hybrid Warfare
- Analytic Writing and Briefing
- Area Studies / Regional Expertise (European and transnational issues)
- General Political / Military Analysis.
Required Clearance:
- Active DoD TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
Required Education:
- Bachelor of Arts/Science degree preferably in political science, strategic studies, history, cultural studies, or European studies..
Required Experience:
- 2 (two) years of platform experience, certification from a military schoolhouse (or academic institution, or have successfully completed a commercial instructor skills development course).
- 7 (seven) years working within specialized military or intelligence community environment.
- 2 (two) years of experience with:
- Curriculum Development (planning, design, development, and validation) of courses.
- Delivery of training.
- Training administration and support for the design, creation and production, maintenance, and dissemination of training materials.
- Day-to-day conduct of classroom training.
- Ability to travel to: RAF Molesworth facilities (primarily), Stuttgart, Germany, and various European host nations when necessary.
- Available to travel to all required locations within the USEUCOM Theater and to USEUCOM Joint Reserve Intelligence Support Element locations in CONUS, as needed.
- Instructors may expect temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 40% of their work schedule.
- Maintain proficiency in their assigned areas of instruction.
- Maintain Intelligence Community (IC) instructors Certification as administered by DIA.
