Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $18/hour

Experience: Previous accounting experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Review payment requests and process payments to vendors and employees.
• Handle recording Interoffice Settlements, corrections and check reimbursements into the Accounts Payable and General Ledger systems.
• Research inquiries and variances.
• Assist the Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager with various projects.

Position Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word and Excel).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Possess high attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure.
