ProRecruiters is seeking an Experienced
Industrial Facilities Tech
to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Report all activities and navigate proficiently through the maintenance CMMS system
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, electrical systems, generators, and all facility equipment
- Comply with all LOTO procedures
- Familiar with and comply with all Red Tag Permit Instructions per the Insurance company
- Troubleshoot a variety of building infrastructure systems
- Ensure preventative measures are satisfying safety standards
- Perform monthly inspections on all production equipment and replacement parts
- Collaborate with building management toward the renovation and improvement of facility systems
- Report maintenance metrics to management
Position Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license to be able to drive to different locations within the Port
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and deal respectfully with the public
- Perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate and interchange with others within the department
