The 1LMX Operations Transformation Team is hiring an Operations Engineer Sr Staff for the Production Operations Organizational Designer.
Your Mission:
As the 1LMX Production Operations Organizational Design, Sr Staff, you will closely collaborate with both the core Operations Transformation team as well as other 1LMX Value Stream organizations. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to the following):
• Leading cross functional and virtual workshops to identify and develop integrated organizational solutions between value streams
• Partnering with portfolio leadership and product managers to identify key organizational integration points and provide recommended structures to support
• Working with the business area Reps and SME's, org design specialists, and human resource business partners to complete production operation organizational design deliverables and milestones
• Managing key stakeholder relationships, engagements, and buy-in
As a key member of the Operations Transformation team, you will need to know the business functional domain, be technology savvy, be able to negotiate compromises, and have business acumen.

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong manufacturing background and experience
• Strong background in organization design and strategy deployment
• Prior leadership and management experience
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional and program organizations, and with multiple business areas
• Excellent written, verbal and briefing/presentation communications skills
• Experience leading virtual teams
• Ability to travel
• US citizenship required due to system access
Desired Skills:
• Project management experience
• Strong technical background in ERP and MES Systems functionality
• Experience within multiple Business Areas
• Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills, and the capability to listen and influence
• Experience managing across organizational boundaries
• Direct experience or understanding of LM Digital Transformation and 1LMX

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $107,400 - $205,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
