Job Title: Lead Machinist (Davenport Machines)

Location: Burr Ridge Area

Job Type: First Shift, Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Davenport machines for precision machining.
• Lead and mentor a team of machinists to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Davenport machines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
