What's your day like?

As a new 1st Shift Liquid Production Supervisor, you can expect each day to bring fresh challenges and opportunities for growth. Your mornings will kick off at 6:00 AM, diving into overseeing production activities, coordinating team tasks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with different departments, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining a safe working environment.

Your problem-solving abilities will be put to the test as you address production hiccups and optimize processes for maximum efficiency. With a predictable Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, you'll have the evenings free to unwind and recharge for the next exciting day in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Are you the 1st Shift Liquid Production Supervisor we're looking for?

To excel as a Liquid Production Supervisor, you'll need a diverse set of skills to navigate the fast-paced manufacturing environment successfully. Directing and supervising employees with finesse, monitoring product flow, and conducting quality checks will be second nature to you. From boxing and stacking packaged goods to upholding strict sanitation standards, attention to detail is key. Experience in blending or production lines will give you an edge, along with a solid mechanical aptitude and sharp math skills.

Proficiency in various software and tools to streamline operations will be essential in ensuring a seamless production process. If you're ready to showcase your problem-solving abilities and lead by example in a dynamic manufacturing setting, this role is tailor-made for you.
