1st Shift Maintenance - PMs - NE-XT Technologies

We are looking for a maintenance team member who is ready to hit the ground running with a focus on preventative maintenance to support the NE-XT core values of safety and quality.

As a maintenance team member you are responsible to:

Repair CNC Machinery, Manual Machine and Machining Centers

Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls

Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems

Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues

Identify and replace parts as necessary

Complete testing and make adjustments of parts as needed

Complete planned and preventative procedures

Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions

Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend/stoop on a regular basis

High School Diploma

Understand basic metrology fundamentals

Ability to comprehend given instructions

Ability to multitask job duties effectively and efficiently

Ability to work unsupervised

Reading, writing and general math skills

Ability to work effectively in a group (Team) environment

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail
