Education, prior work experience, and specialized skill and knowledge:
High school diploma required.
Technical college education or equivalent 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing-related field preferred.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Support management decisions, talk positively, and encourage a happy environment.
Be knowledgeable of and follow the safety procedures as outlined by Monogram Foods.
Be knowledgeable of your department's safe food handling practices, HACCP, and quality control procedures.
You must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Must be able to work within temperature-controlled environments (Heat/Cold)
Walk on slippery wet surfaces
Climb small ladders or platforms
Use small hand tools for the assembly of equipment
Hand/eye coordination.
Handling (holding, grasping).
Seeing/depth perception.
Lift 60 lbs.
Push/pull 500 lbs.
Walk/stand 100% of the shift.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear 8-9 hrs. Per day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for up to 8-9 hrs. Per day.
