1st shift Master Craftsman or Shop Associate - OpSource Staffing

1st shift, Mon-Thu, Skilled Carpentry OR Finish Shop Associate $18-25+/hr. Training is not provided. Must have carpentry experience.

• STRONG TAPE MEASURE SKILLS REQUIRED
• Background check and drug test required (2nd chance employer)

Starting Pay Range: $18-25/hr (could be more with extensive experience and skill)

Schedule: 7am-5:30pm Mon-Thu is the set schedule (and they do offer overtime as well).

We are looking for candidates with shop/carpenter skills for our custom cabinet client.

• Quality work done at an efficient pace and good attendance are necessary.
• You will need to have experience with reading a measuring tape, saws, nail guns, drills, miter saws, print reading, and an eye for quality.
• Friendly and works well taking directions.
• Physically able to lift up to 60lbs
• Communication skills, written and verbal
• Reliable transportation (your own vehicle) and a valid Driver's license.
• YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A 10 PANEL DRUG TEST.
• Must enjoy working with your hands and have a have a work history to show you are mechanically inclined + 3 years of construction, carpentry, or skilled labor work experience.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: TESTING is required prior to your interview. There will be a tape measure test given in office.

IN OFFICE TESTING REQUIRED! Excellent math skills including the ability to understand fractions, decimals, and reading rulers and other measuring tools.

FIRM ATTENDANCE POLICY. You must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to be considered. Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug test. A background check is required but this client company is a 2nd chance employer and is willing to discuss any background concerns during the interview process.
