Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production management role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery.
- Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to implement plans effectively.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing, motivating, and developing a team.
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret production data and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
