We're searching for a Quality Inspector for a client in Medina, OH.
Shift: 2pm-10pm M-F (with occasional overtime)
Pay: $15/hr
Responsibilities:
- Inspect candles throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document any defects or inconsistencies in product appearance, size, color, or fragrance.
- Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality inspection or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in product quality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
- High school diploma or equivalent.- Must pass pre-employment drug, alcohol and background screens.
