Job Title: Welder
Location: Plant 15

Summary/Objective: The welder performs repetitive work-station welding operations to mass produce axle components or to assemble those components onto a completed axle. Welders should be familiar with automated welding and gauging.

Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations on axle components.

Assemble components onto completed axles.

Maintain and operate automated welding equipment.

Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Familiarity with automated welding processes.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
