Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Strong ability to develop sound and effective defense litigation strategies, create litigation plans, estimate costs, assess risks, and a good grasp of Delaware substantive and procedural law, as well as federal procedural rules
- Highly driven and talented, with impressive credentials, including a strong academic background, excellent analytical skills, top-notch research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Proven track record of successful negotiation skills and demonstrated proficiency in case analysis
