• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
• Lead by example, fostering a collaborative teaching team through modeling, coaching, and encouragement.
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities that stimulate social, cognitive, and emotional development.
• Create opportunities for hands-on exploration and sensory experiences that are crucial for this age group.
• Develop routines that promote independence and self-help skills, such as potty training and basic hygiene.
• Engage with families through regular communication and participation in parent-teacher conferences to discuss each child's progress.
• Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement in your teaching practices.
• Lead by example, fostering a collaborative teaching team through modeling, coaching, and encouragement.

What We Need from You:
• High School Diploma and/or GED or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
• FL DCF 45 hours required, with willingness to obtain CDA within 6 months of employment

• Must clear a level II DCF background check
• At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience and 1 year of childcare experience preferred
• CPR Certification and Child Development Associate Certification preferred
