Position: Account Coordinator  

Location: Tacoma, WA   

Pay: $20/hour 

Experience: Previous warehouse experience is required

Education: High school diploma or GED 

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Logic Staffing is seeking an Account Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!  

Job Description: 

• Oversee all aspects of assigned client accounts.
• Communicate regularly with clients during operations and resolve issues as they arise.
• Lead daily huddles to discuss tasks, orders, priorities, challenges, and successes.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies to address temporary labor needs.
• Use client forecasts to determine staffing and resource requirements.
• Handle HR tasks, including managing time-off requests and conducting employee performance reviews.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, or quarterly review meetings with client accounts.
• Communicate client needs and updates to the logistics team to ensure orders are completed according to customer requirements.

Position Requirements: 

• Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. 
• Must have reliable transportation. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
