2024 LAS Airport Sr. Manager, Information Systems-ESA (Enterprise Systems Applications) - ADK Consulting & Executive Search

As Senior Manager of Information Systems, Enterprise Systems and Applications (ESA) you will be critical to the technological innovation at Harry Reid International Airport and its General Aviation facilities. Reporting to the Managing Director of Information Technology responsible for the Project Management Office, you will advance IT development and operations through specialized teams in three core areas:  Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Enterprise Systems, and Application Development.

We seek a forward-thinking leader with deep enterprise systems expertise who can:

• Architect and implement next-generation applications while managing release cycles and user adoption
• Leverage advanced GIS capabilities to revolutionize spatial data management and enhance operations
• Orchestrate strategic budget allocation and create technology roadmaps aligned with department demand and aviation industry evolution
• Lead digital workflow transformation initiatives that propel us toward a future-ready workplace
• Embrace modernization, establish new standards, and deliver seamless integrations

Your leadership will be instrumental in:

• Building high-performing technical teams through mentorship and innovation culture
• Strengthening stakeholder ecosystems across the division leaders, federal partners, tenants, and vendors
• Implementing agile methodologies to eliminate operational friction and enhance cross-functional collaboration
• Establishing performance frameworks that maximize team potential and technological business value

This role demands a strategic thinker who combines enterprise systems mastery with transformational leadership to elevate our airport's technological capabilities and passenger experience to new heights.

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise IT systems management experience
• 2+ years leadership experience in aviation or comparable advanced IT operations
• Advanced degree preferred

Preferred Professional Training and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture and system integration
• Strong knowledge of GIS systems (ESRI Platform)
• Strong development standards in the Microsoft Azure environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in aviation technology systems preferred
• Proven track record managing large-scale IT implementations
• Strong background in operational technology and infrastructure management

Equivalent combinations of education and senior-level IT experience in complex operational environments may be considered.
