Piper Sandler is seeking a summer intern to support our Technology - Project Management team in Minneapolis, MN. Our human capital, technology, marketing and other corporate support teams work with our business partners to maximize each employee. Responsibilities:
- Spreadsheet maintenance and data reporting
- Assist Technology invoice analyst to process Technology invoice payments (ie. Accounts Payable)
- Work with other internal business partners to ensure that invoice payments are processed correctly
- Assist Technology invoice analyst in maintaining current vendor information
- Partake in weekly Client Services Support Managers meeting, preparing the agenda and meeting minutes
- Assist Branch Move Project Manager with keeping various move documents current
Requirements:
- Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Detail oriented
- Computer savvy
- Experience with MS Excel using basic functions such as pivot tables and mathematical functions
- Students majoring in Accounting are preferred
- This internship opportunity is open to undergraduate or graduate students who graduate in Spring 2025 or December 2024 and have a GPA of 3.3 or above
