StepStone Corporate Finance Overview:
The Corporate Finance department creates financial forecasts and advises the StepStone Senior Management Team and Board of Directors on financial performance, outlook, and capital structure. In addition, the Corporate Finance team shares responsibility for public company reporting with Corporate Accounting and Corporate Investor Relations and partners across the firm to drive best-in-class processes.
StepStone is currently seeking undergraduate students graduating between December 2025 through June 2026 with excellent quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills for an internship position on StepStone's Corporate Finance Team within its Corporate Finance and Accounting department.
Summer Analysts will work in a team environment to complete quarter-end management team reporting, update financial models, and complete a project.

Essential Internship Functions:
- Prepare management team reporting for quarter-end deliverables
- Gather and organize data to support KPI reporting
- Complete a strategic Corporate Finance project with supervision and guidance from team
- Assist development of additional KPIs to support management team decision-making
- Update firm internal financial model
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Undergraduate student graduating anywhere from December 2025 through June 2026
- GPA of 3.2 or higher
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable analytical capabilities, including strong quantitative/modeling skills
- Basic programming course work or experience (ideally covering SQL and/or Python)
- Team player and outstanding work ethic

Salary Range: $40 / hour
The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience. The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
