Day in the Life of a Systems Engineer
We are looking for inquisitive and driven engineers with a passion to solve difficult problems. From tiltrotor technology to modular complex electronics systems, our engineers work across a wide portfolio of aircraft programs and functions, to bring vertical lift solutions to our customers. We have numerous opportunities available, from managing the aircraft development and design assurance processes, to developing and analyzing system architecture and performance. At Bell you will have the opportunity to combine your passion and knowledge to solve some of the worlds most difficult challenges required to bring rotorcraft products to market. You will get to work with great people who share your passion to introduce new ideas, improve on the past, and leave your mark on the future.
The Systems Engineer will work on cutting-edge aircraft technology and engineering development programs. Systems engineers will operate with high-level views of systems and ensure that engineering designs align with program objectives. They will be responsible for evaluating CONOPS, defining requirements, and communicating system design. They will also lead risk management, interface documentation, and requirement verification. Through all of these tasks, the systems engineer at Bell will have the opportunity to affect program success throughout the system lifecycle.
Qualifications
What You Will Need to be Successful

* _ A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Aerospace, Software, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering required
* 0-2 years of relevant experience
What Will Make You Stand Out
* Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes, from requirements through verification.
* System integration experience, integrating complex systems, including sensors, components, complex electronic hardware, and software.
* Experience using SysML-based MBSE tools such as CAMEO.
* Software / coding experience using C , C#.
* Experience working in or leading multi-disciplinary teams.
