Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with the preparation and presentation of capital requests for game-changing products,productivity-enhancing machinery, and future factory and distribution footprint to ensure the appropriatestrategic allocation of company funds.
+ Develop financial models to forecast future shipments while analyzing an appropriate cost and pricingstructure.
+ Recommend and develop programs that guide the organization to improve its competitive position andprofitability.
+ Work with business unit leadership to develop, submit, and countermeasure departmental budgets.
+ Partner with finance team to assist in the month-end closing process which includes journal entries,account reconciliations, and analysis of accounts.
+ Maintain, support, and actively participate in internal control requirements as well as ensuringcompliance with policies and GAAP.
+ Assist with the preparation of management financial statements and corporate reporting.
+ Manage and prioritize large workloads in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
+ Education: Pursuing bachelor’s degree in finance or Accounting
+ GPA: 3.0 or higher required
+ Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
