Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities to meet all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standardsestablishedby applicable law or regulation
+ Develop EHS projects to help improve and enable improved safety,energyand wellness programs
+ Run environmental reporting (waste & energy),identifyimprovementopportunitiesand implement them
+ Manage all heath related activities in collaboration with the EHS Leadership locally
+ Support managers in implementation of safety-related issues like risk assessment (e.g.), support plant safety committees
+ Run safety report, analyzeaccidentsand derive measures
+ Contact person for safety related issues with technical focus in context with new project starts
+ Ensure realization of fire safety requirements
+ Supportselectionof personal protective equipment
+ Assistimprovements on the Kautex EHS Wiki (internal information page)
+ Continuous participation in trainings related to Environment,Healthand Safety (EHS) topics

Qualifications
Qualifications:
+ Currently pursuing University degree in EHS, Safety, or related discipline
+ First practical experience in manufacturing company during studies especially in environment, health,safetyor fire prevention a plus
+ Presentation skills
+ Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis, MIOSHA recordkeeping and reporting experience welcome
+ Strong Computer skills
+ Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements
First practical experience in manufacturing company during studies especially in environment, health,safetyor fire prevention a plusPresentation skillsKey Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis, MIOSHA recordkeeping and reporting experience welcomeStrong Computer skillsKnowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements
