Description
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.
Responsibilities:
+ Gain experience and insight into business processes, budgeting, the development of business analysis andreporting.
+ Assist members of the accounting department in both daily activities and special projects.
+ Ensure compliance in invoicing processes.
+ Support flow of documentation for account payables/ accounts receivables for business units and assist inmanaging and tracking cash results daily to ensure the forecast and AOP metrics are met.
+ Work in cross functional teams to assign asset tags to missing assets.
+ Analyze monthly performance as compared to the forecast and budget for responsible areas.
+ Maintain, support and actively participate in internal control requirements as well as ensuring compliancewith policies and GAAP.
+ Complete asset information within a fixed asset module to ensure accurate tax schedules and reports foryear end.
+ Research and map accounts payable processes and accounts receivable processes and recommendimprovements
Qualifications
Qualifications:
+ Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
+ 3.0 GPA or higher
+ Strong analytical and data mining skills
+ Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to change and navigate ambiguous situations
