BTS Internship Program
As an AbbVie intern, you will participate in a paid 10-12-week summer program that involves social and development activities, along with housing benefits for eligible students. You will work on meaningful assignments with a Business Systems Analyst or Technical focus that have a real impact on our business and patients worldwide, while also combining technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem-solving.

The majority of BTS Interns will be placed in Lake County, IL, though there is a possibility of being placed within any U.S. AbbVie or Allergan Aesthetics location. Placements will be based onbusiness needandindividuals' preference.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in related discipline:
- Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, User Design, Business Administration with a minor or concentration in one of the above fields; or related fields
- Graduation date between Dec2025 June 2027
- Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship
- School or work experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation date between Dec 2025 June 2026 preferred
- Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem-solving abilities
- Previous internship or related experience
- Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred
