About This Role
The Intern Program Master Scheduleris responsible fordevelopment, coordination, and implementation of the Program Master Schedules and their integration into the program work products. The position will be a part of the program team and work day-to-day with the program managers and control account managers.
As a part of theyou will be a participant of and gain understanding of the following:
+ Develop andmaintainthe Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule associated with the entire project lifecycle from RFP to program closeout that are compliant to applicable DIDs, PASEG, GASP and WBS Standards
+ Lead regular status review meetings to capture accomplishments, resource and duration adjustments as well asmaintaininginterdependencies
+ Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and scheduledata
+ Advises the Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts, andrisks
+ Identifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders in the schedulingprocess
+ Participate in external and internal reviews of the schedule, including surveillance andaudits
+ Other duties asassigned

+ Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, program management, accounting,businessor a related field
+ Ability to understand financial principles and understanding of complexdata
+ Very organized, customer focused, and good computer skills
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to gather, analyze and summarize data to developappropriateactions
+ Strong negotiating and interpersonal relations skills
+ Ability to follow processes and procedures and to direct others in doingso
+ Capable of receiving feedback and direction
+ Ability tomaintaincomposure and communicate using logic and data drivenmetrics
+ Comfortable communicating with all levels of personnel
+ Desire to learn and ability to quickly adapt to technology/software
