2025 Internship - Reliability Engineer
Description
J OB SUMMARY:
Intern will assist with analyzing aircraft field data to identify component reliability issues and trends, and coordinate with suppliers to initiate Root Cause and Corrective Action. Candidate will support in-house reliability testing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Perform duties in support of new product and sustaining designs.
+ Coordinate with other Engineering and technical groups to develop, implement, and monitor Root Cause and Corrective Action initiatives.
+ Assist with Reliability metrics and tracking

Qualifications
EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE :
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree inEngineering or related technical field
QUALIFICATIONS :
+ Professional and diplomatic demeanor
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong sense of accountability and integrity
+ Time management skills to support multiple concurrent projects
+ Ability to deal with change and work in a dynamic environment
+ Proficient in use of standard Microsoft Office programs

Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship.
Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks.
Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
