Grow Your Skills, Grow Your Potential:Responsibilities:
The Marketing Science Analyst intern is responsible for insights, optimization, experimental design & testing, measuring results, and recommendations within funnel tactics, including digital and direct marketing tactics. This role also includes a focus on identifying and leveraging AI/ML models to further improve tactic results.
As a Marketing Science Analyst intern you will get to:
- Work closely with business partners to define tactic goals and objectives
- Leverage data to derive insights and inform marketing tactic execution
- Utilize analytical and quantitative skills by using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, generate insights/recommendations, and measure success
- Compile, prepare, and translate complex data into concise reports and dashboards that provide insights and informs next-step actions
- Identify opportunities for increasing efficiency and consistency within work processes
- Remain current on industry trends and brings forward opportunities for innovation
- Ability to extract, manipulate and analyze large and complex sets of data to provide business insights across a broad range of needs and target audiences
- Experience conducting assessments of marketing performance
- Working knowledge of marketing models, other statistical techniques, and robust digital marketing acumen
- Ability to work effectively, both individually and as a member of a project team
- Ability to collaborate across departments, build relationships and present to a variety of audiences at all levels of the organization
- Familiar optimizing digital marketing KPIs and maximizing on ROI
Internship Information:
Eligibility: To be eligible for an internship, candidates must be in an undergraduate, or post-graduate program with a graduation date of August 2025 or later.
Location: This position will be in a hybrid work environment located in Richardson, TX; Dunwoody, GA; Bloomington, IL; or Tempe, AZ. Remote opportunity may be considered.
Remote: Qualified candidates (outside of locations listed above) may be considered for remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located. Remote interns could be asked to travel to an assigned location throughout the summer for onboarding and various events.
Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.

Hourly Rate: $22.00/hour based on a 38.75-hour work week
Selected interns will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend.
Benefits: Interns are benefits-ineligible, except for Life Leave
Dates of internship: May 19, 2025 – August 1, 2025
