The Atlanta Fed and the other Reserve Banks play an important part in all three of the Fed's functions: monetary policy, bank supervision and regulation, and the operation of a nationwide payment system.

SCOPE OF ASSIGNMENT:
This internship will be a part of the Digital Strategy team in the Public Affairs department and help support our content strategy efforts. While a part of the Digital Strategy team, the internship will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other teams in the department and with other partners and stakeholders.
This position will review current content strategies and conduct a content analysis across channels to identify content gaps and recommend new content opportunities. This position will help maintain the content calendar and feature content on the Bank's website. This position will support various aspects of our email marketing efforts. Other duties include conducting research to enhance our search engine optimization efforts and analyzing our communications and user experience data such as heatmaps to glean insights and recommend improvements to our content strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum cumulative GPA above 3.0 in academically rigorous curriculum.
Must be committed to working a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
Knowledge of SEO standards and techniques

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
· Great work ethic and detail oriented
· Comfortable working across time zones to complete projects in a timely manner
