Description
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
+ Prepare technical illustrations and parts lists utilizing engineering models, drawings, physical parts,previously prepared manuals, electronic parts lists and other information.
+ Create Owner's Manuals, Service Parts Manuals, Technician's Repair and Service Manuals and Field KitInstallation Instructions.
+ Conduct peer-reviews and revise publications prior to distribution.
+ Provide recommendation concerning improvements to technical communication techniques and keepscurrent on trade practices.
+ Utilize computer generated artwork and text to create documents.
+ Follow and maintain the departmental processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor's degree required
+ Years of Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
+ Software Knowledge: Previous experience with Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator and Photoshop or similarsoftware is preferred
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
