Four years related experience, Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CPR/First Aid/AED – must obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment and maintain a current certification thereafter.

One to two years of related experience is preferred.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A minimum of four years of relevant experience working with children under the age of 15 in an educational setting including at least two years in an administrative supervisory capacity with demonstrated decision making ability.

Must possess oral, auditory and written communication skills appropriate for interacting with both children and adults.

Positive role model with strong leadership, conflict resolution and diplomacy skills.

Must be capable of directing the daily administrative, program related, and supervisory responsibilities of the Afterschool Program.

Basic Knowledge of Google Drive preferred.
