Job Title: College and Career Counselor

Reports to: Culture and Student Success Coordinator

Category: Full-time, 12-month employee; exempt overtime

Responsibilities:

• Guide students in exploring their talents and interests.
• Assist with college applications, scholarships, and financial aid processes.
• Organize workshops on career exploration and readiness.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to support academic and career goals.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to promote student success.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling or related field.
• Valid counseling license or certification.
• Experience in college and career counseling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for student development and success.
