Adecco Permanent Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturer of automotive components in the Union, SC area as they search for well-qualified Maintenance Technicians to add to their growing operation team.
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician position include troubleshooting equipment failures to determine necessary upgrades and/or repairs, working with Controls/Manufacturing Engineers to develop equipment and controls for new products as well as improving existing equipment, and performing preventive and routine maintenance as assigned.
Shift Options:
Night shift, 8-hour shift between 6:45pm-7:00am
**Applicable $1.00/hour shift differential**
2-3-2 schedule model (every other weekend off)
Ample opportunity for overtime, if desired: paid at 1.5 x base.
The position comes with:
$24-40/hr. (depending on experience) plus applicable $1.00 shift differential
Weekly pay ranges from: $1,000-$1,640
Annual pay ranges from: $52,000 – $85,500

Required Experience/Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent: minimum 10-12 years relevant experience required
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in associated field: minimum 1-3 years relevant experience required
Performing routine, preventative and emergency maintenance on robotic systems, hydraulic presses, PLCs and/or electrical systems up to 480V
Experience with Kuka, ABB or other comparable robotic systems
Welding and CNC maintenance experience preferred, but not required
