MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of experience working in an office environment. (Experience working in a library preferred.)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Knowledge and skill in operating standard Office applications (Excel and Word) as well as modern web browsers using Windows and/or Mac computers.
- Ability to manipulate and maintain Excel spreadsheets (filters, sorting and other basic analysis functions).
- Ability to be detail-oriented and persistent.
WORK SCHEDULE: This position may occasionally be required to work weekends and evenings.
