Deploys trainingcurriculum through variouslearning modalities including eLearning andvirtuallearning courses to meet training requirementsand enhance the learner experience.
DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Integrates learning curriculum forcourses andprograms ontovarious learningplatforms including e-leaming, virtual learning, andweb applications using multiple authoring and multimedia tools.
- Partners withInstructional Design Specialists to develop courses that arelearner-centeredandusershy; friendly. Applies instructional design principles and adult learning theory by incorporating content objectives, content analysis and information mapping
- Collaborate withsubject matter experts whoprovide theknowledge transfer toensure appropriate course content and learner application.
- Ensures that alllearningneeds, requirements and established standards aremetinregard tothe technology platform the curriculum is deployed on.
- Develops the interface that the learner willengage induring training toenhance theuser experience and ensure accessibility.
- Works collaborativelywithcustomers andinstructional designers toplan, develop, and execute innovative projects that relate to digital learning, such as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), digital learning platforms, learning analytics, etc.
- Advises designers and customers ontheoptions andbestmodes of delivery for various types or modalities of training.
- Organizes andleads efforts toensure thatlearning anddevelopment employees remain current with traininganddevelopment technology, including multi-media training delivery systems, butnotlimited to micro videos, podcasts, augmented reality/virtual reality (ARNR).
