Provides support and assistance in the identification, development and delivery of educational programs or initiatives. Typically works under general supervision, while performing assignments that are varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involve limited responsibility.
Duties:
- Assists with planning, development, and implementation of designated student programs and services to ensure quality of programs.
- Coordinate the Clinical Medicine 1, 2, & 3 courses including student scheduling.
- Compiles information and prepares reports.
- Serves as a liaison with college and department contacts for approvals of courses and faculties. Work with faculty and other departments to schedule the Clinical Observational Experience for students.
- Coordinates and distributes course/program evaluations.Communicates with clients on participant satisfaction metrics. Analyzes feedback for trends and discrepancies.
- Monitors enrollments and reports updates to program managers and assistants. Monitor student grades in Learning Management Systems.
- Supports preparation of program agreements, grant writing initiatives, and related information.
- Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
This is a grant funded position; funding is through a multiyear grant with funding each year conditional upon availability offunds and progress. OUHSC employees appointed to positions funded in part or in whole by a grant are expected to useall earned paid leave during the specified period of their appointment. The maximum amount of accrued but unused leavethat will be paid out at the termination of employment is 40 hours. Salary is determined by amount of funding available inthe grant budget and in alignment with institutional equity.
