2nd Shift CNC Operator at Manpower

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be a team player, and have a passion for quality work.

Job Title: 2nd Shift CNC Operator

Location: Brea, CA

Pay Range: $22 – 29/hr based on experience

What's the Job?

• Manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawings
• Adhere to all department and Company quality standards
• Check product dimensions utilizing proper equipment
• Refer any issues regarding the CNC Lathe area to senior leads or supervisors
• Assure compliance to all department and Company quality standards
• Record, as required, all productivity on Company system
• Clean and maintain machinery according to department and Company standards
• Adhere to all Company safety regulations
• The ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 1 year or more of operation experience with CNC Lathes (such as Okuma, Takisawa, Swiss, Doosan, etc.).
• Ability to learn to set-up a CNC lathe (including work holding, kitting of tools, touching off of tools/establishing offsets, reading of manufacturing drawings, and first article buy-off) on FANUC or OSP (Okuma) controls.
