Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help care for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live at our Mantua location.

Opening:
- Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Location: Mantua, OH in northern Portage County, less than 10 minutes from the I-480 exit in Streetsboro.
- Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm, every other weekend and holiday required, flexible scheduling.
- Guaranteed full-time 40 hours per week or part-time 24 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED, preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
Duties:
- Help with everyday living skills such as bathing, getting dressed, eating, and attending activities and medical appointments.
- Document accomplishments and attend meetings and trainings regarding persons served.
- Maintain contact with family members and provide updates of their loved ones.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals and work together as a team.
- Know that reliability, punctuality and commitment to this job are very important in providing the best care to our persons served.
