What you will do: 

• Lead andidentifycontinuous improvement activities in manufacturing processes, including automation, robotics, and digital systems. 

• Provide day-to-day support to resolve manufacturing issues and drive improvements across multiple value streams. 

• Evaluate andoptimizenew and existing manufacturing processes to ensure they meet production, safety, and cost standards. 

• Lead teams in continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and 6σ methodologies. 

• Develop specifications for equipment, tooling, materials, and processes to ensure the safe and efficient production of products. 

• Support the introduction of new products and innovative manufacturing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

• Maintainaccurateprocess documentation, engineering change notices, and quality records to ensure compliance with industry standards. 

• Drive projects focused on capital improvements, automation, and process optimization to enhance operational performance.

What you will need: 

Level I: 

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or anAssociate'sdegree with 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience. 

Level II: 

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or anAssociate'sdegree with 5-7 years of manufacturing experience. 

Level III: 

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or anAssociate'sdegree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing. 

Skills, Experience & Abilities       

• Leadership:Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. 

• Continuous Improvement:In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience in leading CI projects. 

• Project Management:Experience in managing multiple projects and ensuringtimelyexecution of process improvements. 

• Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 

• Technical Expertise:Proficiencyin key manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, assembly techniques, automation, PLC, and computer applications.
