THE HOURS ARE 3P-11P- YOU WILL HAVE 1 DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK AND WORK EVERY OTHER WEEKEND!

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Homes Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community home setting. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care and support, while promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
