Experienced Screen Printer

Shift: 2nd shift 1:55pm to 10:05pm Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $21.60/hr

Job Duties: 

• Operate automated printing machines and equipment in a safe manner and in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures and Training.
• Provide machines with individual components and supplies to maintain effective operations as well as shift end filling requirements.
• Address machine stoppages in a timely manner and work with mechanic for repair operations. 
• Monitor printing machine performance, making adjustments as needed.
• Assist with training users on the operation of printers.
• Perform necessary quality checks to set standards and maintain required quality documents and shift reports.
• Perform general and specific daily housekeeping tasks to provide a clean and orderly work environment. 

Job Requirements: 

• Must be willing and able to work in a team environment with limited supervision, and independently when necessary.
• Follow and understand complex procedural and verbal instructions.
• Track and maintain production and inventory records, as well as effectively communicate within the organization for support of both materials needed as well as production performance and maintenance.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Understanding of design principles and file formats used in printing.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to make needed adjustments.
• Must have and maintain satisfactory records for safety, quality, work performance and attendance with no written disciplines.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, organizations, and leadership teams.
• Overtime and weekend work are required.
• Must be Shift Flexible

  Qualifications: 

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Safe working experience with automated production machines.

Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
