2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor

Reports to: Operations Manager

Reporting Staff: Lead, Shipping/Receiving Clerk, Warehouse Operators

Alternate in Case of Absence: Dock Lead

Responsibilities:

• Works with Operations Manager to develop work schedules
• Records, tracks, and analyzes daily and weekly reports, KPI's and labor standards
• Ensures the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment
• Will go through Train the Trainer and First Aid/CPR/AED training
• Communication of daily workflow requirements to the team to ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs
• Perform duties in a manner that meets the standards of Safe Quality Foods and promptly notify the Operations Manager of any concerns/issues that do not meet those standards
• Recommend and/or provide solutions through designated channels to ensure that Taylor Logistics Inc. is meeting our customer's expectations
• Ensures that all operations are completed in with a high level of productivity and accuracy
• Verifies that required paperwork is accurate and completed
• Know all the clerk roles and fill in as needed
