About the Job
Position Summary: Managing employees to ensure that the food safe product of the highest quality is being made while providing a safe and green working environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Require each employee to be trained to operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Have an understanding of the machinery and how each machine on the line is operated
- Regulate normal working hours and overtime hours among employees as well as keep employees informed about changes and problems
- Possess good human resource skills and basic knowledge of general safety procedures, as well as be aware of any tardiness/absenteeism
- Coordinate supplies to match up with promotional or non-promotional needs, as well as communicate with other supervisors
- Record and reconcile machine counts daily, and document monthly inventory
- Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- High-School Diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Some background experience is preferred - Management Training is provided
- Forklift experience a plus

- Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with supervisor and co-workers and to operate equipment.
Work Environment: Works in a warehouse. Ear protection is required in production areas. Eye protection required while on forklift. Must wear hair/beard net in designated areas. May work extended hours or days to complete production.
Physical Requirements:
- Visual and auditory abilities required to do the job
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling product
- Ability to lift/carry <50 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull <50 lbs.
Job Status: Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday occasional Saturdays
Hours: 330pm-shift completion (generally 2am)
Pay: $80,000 per year
