Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a 2nd shift Building Engineer to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Sunrise, FL.

Job Title: 2nd shiftBuilding Engineer
Work Location: Sunrise, FL
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend or hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am; potential OT on weekends
Education/Experience Required: H.S. Diploma with trade school preferred

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Electrical issues,
• Making equipment inspections
• Preventative maintenance
• Vendor supervision
• Basic computer work
• General maintenance
• Basic plumbing
• Will need to be able to lift 50lbs
• Need to be able to complete these tasks in a professional environment

Skills & Qualifications :

• H.S. Diploma with trade school preferred
• 10 years of experience
• BMS preferred, Basic Microsoft Office Suite
• Journeyman License
• CFC Certification
• Can read electrical plans
• Electrical experience
• Schematic experience
