Description:
- Industrial maintenance/mechanic electrician will perform routine preventive maintenance and repair of machines.
- Troubleshoot emergency maintenance on machines as necessary to support plant operations.
- Troubleshoot industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures. Reads, manages and performs work orders of required maintenance services.
- 3+ years in industrial manufacturing.
- PLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and changeouts of programs.
- Experience with Factory Talk or similar HMI software Photo eyes, sensors, limit switches, and solenoids.
- Repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls).
- Mechanical Systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes)
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- High and Low Voltage
- Ability to operate a multimeter to diagnose a variety of electrical issues.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
