Ability to lead, understand and communicate effectively to direct staff and other departments.  Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; round decimals to the nearest whole number; measure and input numbers to calculate correct formulas.  Employee must be able to become forklift and pallet jack certified.

Physical environment/working condition:

The employee is regularly required to be on their feet (60%) and sit, including operating forklift (40%). The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and places of height.  A large cooler and freezer are located onsite and are required to be entered throughout the shift. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. Position requires the need to be on your feet for up to 8 hours/day.
