Venteon is currently seeking a Production Team Leader to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Sterling Heights, MI
Requirements of the Production Team Leader
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years experience
- Must be able to manage competing priorities
- Reliable transportation
- Basic use and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to read, write and speak English

- Assists the supervisor during pre-shift activities and ensures that all materials are available for a rapid start-up.
- Has an intimate understanding of the bumper Production process and is proficient at each Production station.
- Where applicable, has a complete understanding of the HMI at each Production station and can operate each station thru the HMI as necessary.
- Understands the flow of materials to the line and ensures materials are available by working with the fork lift operators.
- Prepares the line for the next shift by ensuring it is working properly, stocked with material and is clean and orderly per 5S standards.
- Additional duties with similar responsibilities may be assigned as necessary
