Job Title: Production Supervisor Second Shift
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary: The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor leads a multi-department team of CNC Operators and Set-Up Operators in a high mix/low volume aerospace component manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and ensure production targets are met.

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.

Implement safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.

Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

High school diploma; degree in engineering or related field preferred.

3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
